The Next Miami is reporting that the first sections of the metal mesh that will eventually cover much of Brickell Flatiron’s parking structure have been installed, giving Miamians a glimpse of what the 64-story tower will ultimately look like. Construction is moving along nicely, with crews pouring the 56th floor in October and on schedule to top out before year’s end. When complete, Brickell Flatiron will be home to 549 luxury condos in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s financial center. Each of the building’s residences has a private terrace that is accessed via a sliding glass door that blends seamlessly with the floor-to-ceiling windows.
