Blog: City of Miami Greenlights First Move-Ins at Brickell Flatiron

The City of Miami has granted Brickell Flatiron its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), bringing future residents even closer to living in their luxury Brickell condos and enjoying the building’s suite of resort-caliber amenities. The 736-foot-tall tower, which was developed by CMC Group and designed by renowned architect Luis Revuelta, features a distinctive Flatiron shape and curvilinear facade. Its curved balconies produce a sculptural silhouette that maximizes private outdoor space while bringing a new wave of modernism to the Miami skyline.

With approximately 95% percent of homes at Brickell Flatiron already under contract, prospective buyers should act quickly to secure their place in this exquisite Brickell development. The cast of new residents will include international homeowners from North, Central, and South America, as well as Italy, though 70% of the buyers already call the United States home. The residences that remain on the market start at $650,000 and go up to the $8 million duplex penthouse.

Brickell Flatiron residents will have access to the development’s suite of luxury amenities designed by Italy’s Massimo Iosa Ghini, who created interiors that transition seamlessly from indoors to out, taking full advantage of the sunny Miami climate to make unforgettable luxury spaces. The tower’s 64th floor is home to the Sky Pool, Sky Spa, and Sky Gym, resort-style amenities that feature top-line accoutrements and design, with a 360-degree backdrop of Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline views. Inside, the 6,300-square-foot fitness center contains state-of-the-art equipment, dedicated studios for Pilates, yoga, and aerobics, and an on-site juice bar. Downstairs, residents’ vehicles will receive luxury treatment via valet parking, washing, and detailing services, and electric car-charging stations.

Best of all, Brickell Flatiron is centrally located in Miami’s fastest-growing and hippest neighborhood. From cultural hot spots like the Perez Art Museum to foodie destinations like Fi’lia and a host of high-end shops and bespoke boutiques along Brickell and South Miami Avenues, Brickell is the place to be in Miami, and Brickell Flatiron residents will wake up each day in the heart of this rich area.

As CMC founder Ugo Colombo said of the tower, “Brickell Flatiron stands out for its unique luxury lifestyle woven into the urban landscape and is a reflection of Miami’s coming of age as a cosmopolitan city with a thriving downtown at its heart.” So, head over to the Brickell Flatiron website and begin your Brickell journey today!
